No card details are collected in the current version. Coupons carry the price, the discount and the plan length.

The school creates coupons
Single-use batches for a class list, a multi-use code for a whole grade, or an unlimited code for the year. Each carries a discount and a plan length.

A parent redeems one
Inside the app, on the child's page. The app shows the list price, the discount and what's due before anything happens.

The plan activates
A 100% coupon activates immediately. Partial coupons are shown with the balance due and will be payable once online payment is available.

The photos appear
The child's gallery fills with every published photo they were recognised in, and the family is notified as new albums go live.

Is there really no cost to the school?
None. No setup, no seat licences, no storage tiers. The platform is paid for by family activations.
Who sets the price?
Each school agrees its annual per-student price with Classframe when it is approved. Prices are in the school's currency — INR, AED, USD and so on — and shown to families that way.
How do families pay?
In the current version, activation is by coupon code. Schools generate codes (single-use, multi-use or unlimited), hand them out, and parents redeem them in the app. Full-discount codes activate instantly.
What about families who can't pay?
Schools can issue 100%-discount coupons, or grant access directly, to any student. Those activations count towards the school's plan like any other.
Does a plan cover every album?
Yes. One active plan gives a family access to every album their child appears in, or is eligible for, during that year.
